(1) A party registered under this Act shall be a self-governing organized body with unbroken succession.
(2) The party shall have a separate seal for the purposes of its proceedings.
(3) The party may acquire, enjoy, sell or otherwise manage movable or immovable property as a person under this Act.
(4) The party may file a complaint in its own name and may also file a complaint in the same name against the party.
(5) The party may enter into an agreement with the person subject to this Act and exercise the rights or discharge the obligations under the agreement.
